These programs aren't all bad (though some definitely are). Some are quite good but, in my opinion, they aren't as good as the 5 star programs. I found these programs either overpriced, incomplete, unclear, inaccurate or all of the above. You will find more dollar and muscle building value by sticking with the offerings from the authors above.
