Anthony Ellis can tell a story of "skinny guy" frustration. No matter what he tried, he couldn't get any muscle mass to stick to his skinny frame.
Anthony's story of frustration isn't so unusual. But his story becomes unique when you learn what he did to overcome his problems with weight gain. Instead of giving up, he realized that he was a "hardgainer" and that a different approach was necessary for him than for those who had a relatively easy time gaining mass.
He forced himself to "forget" all he thought he knew and, based on research, designed and followed a mass program for 12 weeks. His results were incredible (see his before and after pictures on his site). So incredible that he actually won a division of the 1997 EAS body transformation contest.
Note: Don't get confused, while Anthony was a EAS Body-For-Life contest winner, this doesn't mean he followed what is known as the Body-For-Life program. In fact, in 1997 there was no Body-For-Life book and therefore no program. What he developed and followed was a program specifically designed to put muscle mass on hardgainers. It is that program, the specific program he followed, that he now markets as the Gaining Mass Program.
Gaining Mass is an incredible education on the fundamentals of building muscle. Anthony really does know his stuff when it comes to gaining weight.
