A Review of
John Sweeney's
Deep Muscle Stimulation
|
My first problem with this program is what is also promoted on its sales page: Weight Gain Pills. These are the biggest scam products (my opinion of weight gain pills) marketed at the "too skinny."
So, how do you trust someone to have your best interests at heart when they are trying to steer you towards an obvious scam? I can't.
I was surprised to find that the ebook is fairly decent. The organization is fine and most concepts are adequately explained. Another surprise within the manual, Sweeney gives solid supplement advice. He also presents some interesting thoughts on what he terms as "skinny syndrome."
The basics of this program are good but not awe-inspiring. The workout plan is clear, dieting instructions are appropriately detailed. The muscle building prescription seems reasonable.
The only appealing bonus is a 1-year money-back guarantee. That is better than most.
Conclusion: Price is low but so is credibility.
