You have to really respect a guy who admits the idea for what eventually became his Optimum Anabolics Program came to him while he was watching Oprah.
After reading his program, this will make sense - You quickly learn that Jeff is the type of guy that is constantly thinking about new and innovative ways to gain muscle, ways to fool genetics and get just a little more mass to stick.
