I didn't have high expectations for this program. It looked like a little deal put together by some enterprising frat guys as a fundraiser. Upon further investigation, it seems it was actually put together by some marketers. Its modeled on the success of the "The Rich Jerk," a get rich quick program that has sold well.

Apparently, there are people who like to have their intelligence insulted? Apparently they fantasize about becoming a jerk themselves? They think getting talked down to by a "jerk" is the way to learn what they need to know to get what they want? Whether its money or muscles, I won't pretend to understand that appeal.

As low as my expectations for this program were, it still managed to come in well beneath them. The muscle building program is 25 pages of large type. The information isn't necessarily incorrect but it isn't likely anything you haven't heard before. It's ridiculously incomplete - likely a couple hours effort from someone with pretty modest bodybuilding knowledge.

The only thing interesting about this product is its marketing. It is over-the-top and slimy. You really have to start off gullible and then work to suspend reality to buy into any of it. I'm not buying the entire Muscly Jerk premise (it was created by a marketing pinhead who has since sold it to another marketing pinhead). I'm not buying any of the testimonials on the pitch page. There simply isn't enough there to have the potential to help anyone build their body. The videos and other promotional methods are scripted and 100% crap.

The advertised bonuses are a few reports that are supposed to help you deal with and exploit the enormous sexual appeal the muscle building program is going to bring you. Jeez, this is really pathetic. Each report is a page or two of cliches.

Most everyone knows some idiot who thinks they are Don Juan despite the fact that no one has ever seen them with even a mildly attractive female - find that guy, let him talk for about 5 minutes and you'll get about what you'll get here. It will be equally as ridiculous but at least you won't have to pay him.

Conclusion: After you spend the necessary 10 minutes to read all the material in this package, the "Muscly Jerk" tells you not to come crying to him if you don't get results. I'll tell you not to come crying to me if you waste money on this.
