Sean talks about that "one day" that he just got sick and tired of being what he describes as a 125 lb. weakling.

He worked extremely hard at his goal. He is one person who won't tell you anything but the truth, that building muscle is, in fact, hard work. Sean's hard work paid off and he managed to add an eye-popping 80 lbs. of muscle to his once skinny frame.
The fact that Sean Nalewanyj was once a skinny guy who wanted to bulk up doesn't make him unique. The fact that he worked hard to accomplish his goals isn't really that unique either - gyms are full of guys working hard to gain muscle weight (guys who work day after day, year after year and get little or no results).
