Believe it or not, there are others out there who share your weight and muscle building goals. If you're a 32 year old, 5'9" guy from Australia who has successfully bulked up from 150 lbs. to 170 lbs., there is a guy in Brazil or Pakistan who would be very interested in knowing how you did it.

That is what this section of the site is about...

Helping others to do what you have done.

Whether you have gained 2 or 52 lbs., you can help inspire and guide others with similar goals. Your submission doesn't need to be complementary to this site. If you like this site and have learned something from it, great.

But if your tips and advice aren't covered on this site, if you got the info that made you big elsewhere, that's great too. As long as your tips are focused on helping others achieve their muscle building goals, they will be greatly appreciated by myself and, more importantly, the site's visitors.

You can be short and sweet or long and complete. Whatever way, please do consider taking a couple of minutes to help those who are trying to accomplish the things that you have accomplished.
