For all those frustrated by their inability to put on muscle weight, just be thankful that you don’t likely have a name that so easily makes a catchy rhyme when combined with “skinny.” Vince had to put up with the nickname of “Skinny Vinny.”
Vince’s lack of great muscle building genetics combined with competitive distance running through his college years made sure that he kept right on earning that nickname. But after college, armed with a kinesiology degree and a lot of determination, Vince set out to do something about it.
He succeeded, putting on an impressive 41 pounds of muscle in just six months. He competed in and won fitness model competitions. The nickname disappeared.
Vince now works as a personal trainer. His passion is helping those similarly afflicted with the “too skinny curse” build up their bodies. His program, No-Nonsense Muscle Building: Skinny Guy Secrets to Insane Muscle Gain, is designed to help the skinny naturally put on and maintain significant muscle weight.
