Will Brink
Will Brink is one of the most respected nutritionists in the bodybuilding world. He writes a monthly cloumn for MuscleMag International and has had nutrition and supplements articles published in magazines as diverse as Oxygen, Penthouse and Women's World.
Will doesn't just understand nutrition, he understands how to teach others what they need to know about eating and training in order to reach their muscle building goals. He takes the complicated and presents it back in a usable and entertaining manner.
He is also well-known for his willingness to tell the truth about bodybuilding supplements. Much to the chagrin of the supplement companies, Will tells people which supplements actually work and which ones are all hype.
His popular ebook, Brink's Bodybuilding Revealed, is an incredibly valuable lesson in eating to gain muscle mass.
